    I've had this air fryer since November 2023. I use it every day and it continues to amaze me. Wings: I coat my wings in Hooter's breading, and let them hang out in the fridge on a rack for a few hours. It only takes about 20 minutes on 380 for me to get to super crispy, then I toss in a Franks sauce/butter/garlic powder. It makes the absolute best wings of any air fryer, since the wings are closer to the heating element, and you can make a batch that you can easily feed 4 hungry people. (unlike other air fryers!)

    As someone who has grown up with big dogs who were trained on gentle leaders and then getting my dog in adulthood and not prioritizing using one, man I have noticed the difference. I will take a gentle leader over me getting dragged by dog when he tries to go after a deer on our runs. Especially fun when it happens mid stride and you have to quickly align yourself to the grass vs the cement sidewalk to get dragged on.

    For anyone looking into this for their dog, think just a half second about what is going to happen when (not if) your dog start to chase something. He's gonna hit the end of the leash and wrench his neck to the side. I'd rather do a hundred u-turn corrections on a slip lead than put my dog in a gentle leader for any amount of time. It's just not worth the risk IMO.

    will it still work if the water is room temperature? what if use warm water, and max carbonation setting will it still taste carbonated? enough that if add ice after that it will still be carbonated tasting? most warm sodas lose all fizz when it goes into ice after

    Would be interesting if you could try the ice cream produced by a Pacojet (the more expensive high-end model that Ninja Creami is basically a knock-off of), and tell us how that compares. I'm assuming the Pacojet is much more expensive for a reason.

    We have 3 dogs. I normally walk the 2 smaller ones. Walking them together they have pulled me to the ground 3 times in the last year and a half. I now walk the separately and I use the gentle leader. One of the dogs is a Jack Russell and insane. She becomes sled dog when she knows we are going home. Now with the gentle lead - no more pulling.

    One run up to 700 degrees will carbonize the chunks and a stiff brush and vacuum will get it as good as it gets. The dark coating will remain.

    I’ve had the Silverbac for about 3 years and my only complaint is the ambient temp is much hotter than the grill indicates. The Silverbac grill indicates 225 but it’s actually 275-300. I’ve confirmed this with 2 separate thermometers.

    I've had mine for about a month now and I love it. I've had a few connection glitches with the app also, but as you stated it always reconnected. I really don't know why one should have to login in to use the app with their grill. I don't really worry about anyone hijacking my grill while I'm trying to use it for crying out loud. Great review. I will check my probe calibration to check accuracy. I'll give you a recipe I just thought up for chuck roast that works fantastic. I sous vide a 3.5 pound roast at 150F for 24 hours after dry brining over night. I pulled it ot of the sous vide and dried it off and then seasoned with my own rub. I saved the 3/4 cup juice from the sous vide bag for later. I put the roast on the grill in Pro mode at 225F and I added one of those hexagonal SS tubes of pellets in with the roast to get a jump on the smoke flavor. After 2 hours and a couple spritzs the roast was looking great, but the temp had only come up a couple degrees. I put the roast in a foil pan and poured the juice from the bag in with it. I added about 2 TBS of Worchestersire (sp?) and cranked the heat up to 285F. I put the probe in and set my mark at 205F. After about 3 more hours it was done. I must say it was better than any brisket I've had, and I grew up in Texas! It actually cut like butter and was amazing! Give it a try. GOD bless you as well!

    • @DiffFamilyReviews
      @DiffFamilyReviews Місяць тому

      Agreed about the login, it's kind of annoying. Did you get a lot of smoke flavor on the roast after it had already been cooked for so long?

    Great review, Personally, I'd go with SodaStream. I purchased one from eBay for $25 and retrofitted it with a 10-gallon CO2 tank for $80, which I refill a couple of times a year for $20 at a local beer supply store. The SodaStream flavors are much cheaper, and they go on sale often. The last time I purchased supplies, everything was half off on their website and had free shipping. I estimate my cost to abe around .15 cents.....maybe cheaper since I've owned everything for a few years.
